Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort
A unique setting between sea and gardens
Set on a peninsula overlooking the Mediterranean, the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort cultivates elegance without ostentation. As soon as you step through the doors, the neoclassical architecture enters into dialogue with the four hectares of Mediterranean gardens where waterfalls, terraces and palm trees form a luxuriant oasis. In the heart of this well-tended natural setting, a turquoise lagoon with a sandy base winds its way between rocks, flower-filled islets and solariums.
The hotel has 332 rooms and suites, most of which offer sea views. Special mention must go to the Diamond Suite Eleven, perched on the 11th floor, with its panoramic terrace and ultra-exclusive facilities.

All the ingredients for a relaxing and entertaining stay.
Sustainable gastronomy and a friendly spirit
When it comes to gastronomy, the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort is renowned for its diverse offering.
Visionary chef Marcel Ravin breathes his soul into the Blue Bay Marcel Ravin two stars in the Michelin Guide. Between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, his cuisine blends audacity, finesse and commitment. Vegetables from the organic vegetable garden, sustainable fishing, subtle combinations... each dish tells a story of taste and sustainable commitment, to be savoured from the establishment's elegant suspended terrace.
À L'Orange Verte the atmosphere is more casual, but just as carefully thought out: tasty bistronomy, eat-in or take-away, in the conservatory or on the terrace.
The Las Brisas restaurant, open in season, offers a summery seaside menu, with grilled meats, sunny salads and fresh catch of the day. This year, Las Brisas is teaming up with the prestigious Château Sainte Marguerite to offer a unique summer dining experience. This collaboration reinterprets the Provençal art of living with freshness, elegance and conviviality, while retaining an offbeat, relaxed touch.
At the end of the day, head for the Blue Gin the resort's signature bar. Open to the horizon and the sea, with its terrace (heated in winter) and large picture windows, this lounge-style venue distils inventive cocktails, DJ sets and an idyllic panorama. The ideal place to extend the evening.
Spa, lagoon and the good life
The Clarins & myBlend SPA combines naturalness, innovation and treatment excellence. In a soothing setting, personalised protocols combine expertise and cutting-edge technology. A fitness area completes the wellness experience, alongside the pools, lagoon and Cocoon Bay and Sea Bay areas, perfect for chilling out under the open sky.
For the more active, the nearby sea invites you to enjoy the pleasures of the water. Paddleboarding, jet-skiing, parasailing, wakeboarding, water-skiing, towed buoys, E-foils and boat hire: everything here invites you to cast off. The resort also offers family activities, particularly in high season.
A strong commitment to eco-responsibility
A pioneer in sustainable development, the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort was the first establishment in the Principality to be awarded Green Globe certification. Raising staff awareness, reducing the carbon footprint, rational water and waste management, permaculture vegetable gardens... the environmental approach is also embodied in the little things we do every day. With its mascot Waka the seahorse, the resort is also committed to preserving marine biodiversity, particularly around the Larvotto reserve.
