Your Monaco

Aimed primarily at residents, commuters and cross-border commuters, this new solution, which is available free of charge on smartphones, centralises practical information about life in the Principality in real time (public transport, traffic, local services, environmental data, incident reports) and provides an opportunity to discover places of interest, events and activities.

Created as part of the Extended Monaco programme and officially launched on 5 December by Minister of State Pierre Dartout, this application is designed to boost the attractiveness of the Principality and enhance interactivity with the local population.

More than just a catalogue of urban services, Your Monacowhich is available in French, English and Italian, responds to the specific needs of users, who can personalise their dashboard. Users can assemble a range of content of interest to them at a glance and quickly consult their favourite sections. They can also set up push notifications and alerts as required.

This digital service is a new stage in the development of Monaco's intelligent city: the acceleration of urbanisation in a world undergoing profound change, combined with environmental concerns, means that we need to rethink the urban experience in the region.

Whatservices are available?

In its initial version, the Your Monaco application offers the following services:
Real-time indicators: traffic, mobility, environment ;
Information on establishments open to the public: menus for school canteens and early childhood establishments, opening times, cinema opening times, etc. ;
A chatbot, a software agent that talks to users to help them sort their waste;
Special features on the environment and town planning, Monaco in everyday life, etc. ;
A digital press review of local and institutional news;
A unified diary of all the Principality's events;
All the places of interest with practical information;
Citizen engagement functions: comments (current scope of the Urban Report application) and/or ideas;
Horizontal and targeted alerts and notifications;
All the applications developed by the Principality;
