Vegetables from the organic vegetable garden, sustainable fishing, subtle combinations... each dish tells a story of taste and sustainable commitment, to be savoured from the establishment's elegant suspended terrace.

À L'Orange Vertethe atmosphere is more casual but just as polished: tasty bistronomy, eat-in or take-away, in the conservatory or on the terrace.

The Las Brisas restaurant, open in season, offers a summery seaside menu of grilled meats, sun-drenched salads and fresh catch of the day.
