Discover the all-new pop-up restaurant in the Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo's luxurious Odyssey area. This year, top chef Christophe Cussac is bringing a unique touch to the poolside restaurant by inviting guest chefs Manon Santini and Rocco Seminara to rustle up an original new menu inspired by an Italian classic. The dynamic duo have reinterpreted the traditional flavours of Italy, using the very finest ingredients and cutting-edge cooking techniques to create their own exciting take on pizza. With both savoury and sweet versions, each pizza is a real standout, delightfully crisp on the outside and luxuriantly light and fluffy on the inside. An absolute must-try this summer.
