The hit soundtrack included all-time classics including Everybody Needs Somebody to Love, Soul Man, and Think.

Crimi came about in 2018, inspired by lead singer Julien Lesuisse's eagerness to rediscover his Sicilian heritage, and reappropriate a culture and language that his immigrant family was once forced to hide. Crimi's DNA is a mix of old Sicilian songs and Algerian rai, with influences of ethio-jazz, funk, and soul from guitarist Cyril Moulas, bassist Brice Berrerd, and drummer Bruno Duval. The band aims to connect historic traditions with different places, rebuilding them for today's intercultural world.

Exhibition - "Turner: the Sublime Legacy"

This exhibition, featuring an ensemble of leading works in a new scenography, will take visitors on a journey through Joseph Mallord William Turner’s sublime representations of our world, from his landscapes to the elementary explorations of light and atmosphere of which he was a pioneer and master. Turner’s decisive influence on painting, and by extension his legacy, will be highlighted in the exhibition through some interpretations of the sublime by leading contemporary artists. Curator: Elizabeth Brooke, Senior Project Curator at the Tate.

Zucchero - real name Adelmo Fornaciari - is a rock blues icon in Italy, with over 60 million records sold. He made musical history as the first Western artist to perform at the Kremlin after the fall of the Berlin Wall. In 1992, with Luciano Pavarotti, he founded the "Pavarotti & Friends" charity gala, paving the way for annual concerts until 2003. He has performed on five continents, 69 states and 650 cities, taking part in major events such as Woodstock, the 46664 concerts for Nelson Mandela, and the Freddie Mercury tribute.

La Note Bleue Summer Festival - Ludivine Issambourg has been at the centre of France’s musical scene over the past 15 years as one talented flutist, composer and producer. Her multiple collaborations (Incognito, Wax Tailor, Chassol, Angélique Kidjo and many more) nourished her and lead her to experiment with her sound somewhere between Electro Jazz, Hip Hop and Jazz Funk. For this very special double concert, Ludivine will be performing the sequel to her acclaimed first album Outlaws: ‘Above The Laws’, paying homage to the Jazz Funk legendary productions of the 70s and 80s.

Having worked with some of the best from Marcos Valle, Caetano Veloso, Edu Lobo, Nelson Angelo and so many more, Joyce’s over 50 years spanning career is a testament to the impact of her music on the global scene. What a perfect way to close our festival!
