Following the success of the "Little Chefs by Fairmont Monte Carlo" programme, organised in partnership with Monaco's Department of Education, a series of classes is being organised during the school holidays to give young people an opportunity to learn cookery skills with Executive Chef and Best Artisan in France Philippe Joannès and MasterChef finalist Claire Verneil.
The first two "lessons" will take place at the Fairmont Monte-Carlo Hotel on Monday 23 December at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Children aged from 7 to 12 will learn how to prepare and decorate a Yule Log, which they will then be able to take home, along with a lovely apron.
