In the interests of fairness and to avoid penalising competitors whose travel arrangements have been disrupted by COV-19, we regret to announce that Act V of the MSWS scheduled for this weekend has been cancelled.
The Monegasque government is advising people to limit their movements. However, a practice regatta will go ahead this weekend, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, for competitors based in Monaco and the local area.
Prize ceremony:
The Monaco Sportsboat Winter Series prize ceremony has been postponed to the first Act of next season. It will be an opportunity to celebrate the podium for the 19 races organised in 2019 and 2020.
Weekend training programme:
Teams present in Monaco will be invited to participate in a replacement practice session this weekend (free of charge).
No social events will be organised (welcome cocktails, pasta night or prize ceremony), but the Meeting Room Bar (at the quay) will be open from Friday to Sunday.
