Data de publicação: 07/05/2024
The Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo is back for a fourth edition in 2024, lighting up the Principality in a dazzling celebration of Monegasque gastronomy.

This unique culinary experience will take place over a series of dates between April and October, with incredible dishes to delight the most demanding of gourmet palates.

This very special event is the creation of Société des Bains de Mer, the resort that boasts no fewer than seven coveted Michelin stars - more than any other in Europe. The Festival will see four Michelin-starred chefs from Monaco each pair up with a prestigious guest to create unique lunch and dinner menus, fusing their culinary skills and talents.

On 20 April, Alain Ducasse got the gastronomical ball rolling at his restaurant Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel de Paris. The Louis XV's resident Chef Emmanuel Pilon, welcomed Simon Rogan from British restaurant L’Enclume, as the duo wowed their lucky guests with a quite exceptional lunch and dinner, with the record-breaking chef Monsieur Ducasse himself in attendance.

On 11 May, Chef Marcel Ravin invites you to embark on a unique culinary voyage at the Blue Bay Marcel Ravin, his recently refurbished restaurant at the Monte-Carlo Bay. Accompanied by David Toutain, Chef and owner of the eponymous two Michelin-starred restaurant, the pair will serve up a sumptuous meal celebrating their shared love of natural, authentic ingredients in what promises to be a wonderful advertisement for sustainable gastronomy.

On 21 and 22 June, your host will be Dominique Lory, Chef at the iconic restaurant Le Grill at the Hôtel de Paris, for an exclusive six-course feast. His special guest will be Yoann Conte, Chef and owner of the two Michelin-starred restaurant La Table, and the duo will be combining their considerable talents to create a culinary experience with the emphasis on sharing.

On 14 and 15 September all eyes will be on the Pavyllon Monte-Carlo at the Hôtel Hermitage, where Chef Yannick Alléno will team up with his counterpart Chef Richard Lee from the restaurant Saison for two mouth-watering dinners and a few surprises.

The climax of this fourth Festival des Étoilés will be the gala evening in October 2024, when all four Chefs will come together at the Hôtel de Paris to prepare a memorable dinner featuring their own personal signature dishes. A fittingly delicious epilogue to an epic gastronomical adventure.
