New lunch options from the Hôtel Métropole's restaurants

The Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo is offering a selection of lunch options for you to discover at its Michelin-starred restaurants, the Restaurant Joël Robuchon Monte-Carlo and the Yoshi, and also at the Lobby Bar.  These menus are complementary to the restaurants' usual menus.

Joël Robuchon and his team are offering innovative, sophisticated lunch options with efficient, friendly service to transform your business lunches into a truly enjoyable experience and ensure a relaxed atmosphere for gourmet meals with friends.

Clients can also choose a quicker lunch, if they prefer, in one of the restaurants of the most-starred chef in the world (28 stars in the Michelin Guide.)

Christophe Cussac, chef at the Robuchon Monte-Carlo (2 Michelin stars), is offering three lunch options.  Clients can compose a menu of three, four or five dishes, chosen from a pre-set selection.

Amuse-bouche, a starter and a main dish of your choice and a dessert – 49€
Amuse-bouche, a starter or soup, two main dishes of your choice and a dessert, coffee or tea – 69€
Amuse-bouche, two starters of your choice, soup, two main dishes of your choice, a dessert, coffee or tea – 79€

Prices are per person and include a bottle of mineral water, taxes and service.  A selection of wines by the glass at affordable prices of between 9€ and14€ is offered by our Head Wine Waiter.

Takeo Yamazaki, chef at the Yoshi, Joël Robuchon's first Japanese restaurant, which opened in December 2008 and was awarded a Michelin star in 2010, is offering two types of Bento Box at lunchtime – menus inspired by the traditional Japanese lunch box, where all the components are served at the same time in an elegant black lacquered box.

Express Bento:  A starter, a main dish and a dessert of your choice – 29€
Bento Zen:  3 starters, a main dish of your choice, Miso soup, rice and a dessert – 49€
The Bento Zen can also be served in the traditional way, on a plate.

Joël Robuchon, in association with Christophe Cussac, Head Chef at the Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo, is also offering the "Unique," a lunch option created exclusively for guests of the hotel and non-guests who would like to enjoy a pleasurable moment in the relaxed atmosphere of the Lobby Bar.

Diners can also enjoy the musical ambiance created especially by Béatrice Ardisson, which adds a perfect finishing touch to this sleek and contemporary hotel where Garcia, Robuchon and Cussac work their magic.

The Unique is available at the Lobby Bar every lunchtime from 12.30 pm to 2 pm and includes a daily menu suggestion by chef Christophe Cussac.
