The Méridien Beach Plaza Monaco at the Approach of the Festive Season

All you need to know for successful festive menus

Christmas and New Year are fast approaching and it's time to prepare your festive menus.

To make these special meals a success, the Méridien Beach Plaza is offering a cookery class on how to prepare a traditional terrine of foie gras, on 6 and 20 December, and, on 13 December, an oenology class on the topic of Champagne and how to choose it.

For those who prefer to play safe, it is offering a take-away version of homemade foie gras, as well as chocolate logs made by the pastry chef (Ivory chocolate mousse with candied lemon, financier biscuit, blueberries and a crunchy gianduja chocolate and hazelnut paste … )

The Méridien Beach Plaza is also organizing a Christmas brunch, a New Year's Eve dinner and a New Year's Day brunch at its restaurant.
