On the occasion of the 82nd Monte-Carlo Rally, the painter is exhibiting fifty or so paintings relating to the fiftieth anniversary of the motor race
Alain Pinede's artistic approach is represented in amazingly lifelike paintings, which are almost sculpted to bring them alive.
He is a painter who is constantly searching; he paints mainly landscapes, with strength, accuracy and precision, expressing what he feels through this emotional language. He also paints portraits.
His work can be broken down into "collections:" each year, he presents a new collection of works, which reflect his feelings of the time. The Monte-Carlo Rally is an integral part of his Ardèche heritage. The painter, who is a fan of motor sport, decided to base most of his 2013 collection on a selection of cars that had taken part in this prestigious event from 1958 to 2013.
He is one of the few painters who present vehicles in "action;" this makes his collection even more interesting for all fans.
He exhibits in Paris, Cannes, Nice, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Belgium and The Netherlands, as well as Italy, Spain and Japan.
