The pianist and soloist Michael Desjardins is organising a "Summer Dream" concert on 9 August 2014
For the third consecutive year, Michael Desjardins will present a "Summer Dream" concert in the Courtyard of Honour of the Prince's Palace, Monaco
This year, the great tenor Roberto Alagna will be accompanied by soprano Aleksandra Kurzak and the Soloists of Monte-Carlo, conducted by Giorgio Croci. Together, they will perform the most beautiful arias from the operatic repertoire, from L'elisir d'amore to Romeo and Juliet.
The evening will be presented by composer and pianist Jean-François Zygel.
The Summer Dream concerts were created on the initiative of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco. This event is held in aid of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, which works to protect the environment and promote sustainable development all over the world.
