Winter is coming!From Monday 20 to Sunday 26 January 2020, Principality of Monaco
The route of this 88th Monte-Carlo Rally, the opening leg of the 2020 FIA World Rally Championship (WRC), has been designed to be more compact and especially more selective, by the Organizing Committee of the Automobile Club de Monaco. A quarter of the race has been remodelled since the 2019 edition, with a raft of new inclusions and difficulties setting the bar high.
After two and a half days of intensive reconnaissance, from Monday 20 to Wednesday 22 January, the competitors approved to participate will finally start under race conditions at 4.01 pm, with the Shakedown (3.35 km). This stage will follow the same itinerary as previous years since 2017, along the Route de la Garde to Gap, partner town for the seventh consecutive year.
