The Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra Announces its Summer Programme

The summer concerts in the Courtyard of Honour of the Prince's Palace are an essential part of summer life in Monaco

The 2013 summer concerts at the Prince's Palace will be held on six dates in July and August.

Summer Concerts in the Courtyard of Honour at the Palace of Monaco

Every summer, in July and August, the Prince hosts concerts by the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra

Summer concerts have been given in the courtyard of honour of the Prince's Palace since 1959.  Over the years, this event has become one of the highlights of the summer season.  The concerts feature leading conductors, musicians and singers, who perform music from the great classical repertoire, as well as many world premieres.

Thursday 25 July:  Rachmaninov and Prokofiev
Sunday 28 July:  Tchaikovsky

18, 21, 25 and 28 July and 4 and 8 August 2013 at 9.30 pm

Dress code smart (jacket and tie)
The gates of the Courtyard of Honour close at precisely 9.30 pm.
In the case of bad weather, the concerts will be held on the same evening at the Rainier III Auditorium (enquiries from 7 pm on +377 93 25 17 38)
