Eros Ramazzotti and Bob Sinclar to Perform at Monaco's Red Cross Ball

The 65th Monegasque Red Cross Gala will take place on Friday 2 August 2013 in the Salle des Etoiles, Sporting Monte-Carlo

At this year's Red Cross Gala, which is part of celebrations for the 150^th anniversary of the Société des Bains de Mer, the guests will be welcomed by the New Scat ensemble.  The Italian group NeroCaffe’ and the Sporting Orchestra, featuring Ty Stephens, will provide the musical accompaniment for the dinner.  Then it will be the turn of Italian superstar Eros Ramazzotti to take centre stage. 

The programme will end with a session by renowned DJ Bob Sinclar.

Sandrine Quétier and the American presenter China Moses will draw the lots for the tombola, with some fabulous prizes.

The decorations will be in tones of gold and white, in perfect harmony with the theme of the 150^th anniversary of the Société des Bains de Mer.   There'll be plenty of red, too – floral arrangements with more than 15,000 roses will be placed on tables spread with gold cloths.

The highlights of the event will be broadcast throughout the evening on large LED video screens.

Each year, the Monegasque Red Cross is offered a work of art specially created by a renowned artist.  In 2013, Italian artist Marcello Lo Giudice donated "Gli angeli della primavera," an enamelled metallic and ceramic structure in a 1.12 m Plexiglass box.  The work will be exhibited in the hall of the Sporting Monte Carlo.

The evening will close with a grand fireworks display.
