The 2015 Monte-Carlo Historic Rally

The 18th Monte-Carlo Historic Rally will take place from 28 January to 4 February 2015

The 18^th Monte-Carlo Historic Rally will have a new format - it is hoped that a large number of participants from all over the world will compete in the new-style event.

The first changes – with the aim of offering all the cars entered a fair chance of doing well in the ranking – concerns the average speeds.

A two-fold decision in this respect was taken for the 2015 event.  There will be three categories, each quite different from the other, i.e. low, intermediate and high.

In addition, the Selection Committee will decide which vehicles, from the applications made, will be accepted in the low and intermediate categories.  These three categories of average speeds will be adhered to throughout the event.

Once again this year, the event is open to vehicles that took part in the Monte-Carlo Rally between 1955 and 1980.
