"When is adoptive mother dies, Toto, who is alone in the world, enters an orphanage.

When he leaves a few years later, he takes charge of a shanty town on some rough land where some tramps are living.

The shanty town is about to be completed, festivities are organised and when they set up the greasy pole, oil spurts out.

The landowner wants to expel the occupants and exploit this source of wealth."
