Russian Gastronomy Season in Monaco celebrates fifth year
The fifth festival will take place in the Principality from 30 July to 2 August 2014
The fifth RUSSIAN Gastronomy Season in MONACO festival will take place in the Principality from 30 July to 1 August 2014. Dishes designed and prepared by two chefs working together will be offered to diners in participating restaurants, each Monaco chef hosting a chef from a prestigious Russian establishment.
A Gala Evening will be held on Wednesday 30 July at the Meridien Beach Plaza, with live cooking demonstrations. For this exceptional evening event, ten Russian and French chefs, masters of their craft, will present their talent to the public.
Four days to discover the collaborations between the guest Russian chefs and their Monaco counterparts, to enjoy their “joint” menus in the Principality’s fine restaurants.
