Ideally located in the “Golden Square,” a
short walk from the Casino, the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo enjoys a central and
favoured position between the sea and the mountains.
The Hotel
Ideally located right in the centre of the
Principality, a short walk from the Place du Casino, the Hotel Metropole
Monte-Carlo was completely decorated by the famous French decorator, Jacques
Garcia, in a Mediterranean style combining elegance, modernity and
authenticity.
Elegant, bright and prestigious, the 62 rooms and 63 suites offer
incomparable comfort and attentive service. Its timeless, restrained and chic
decoration can be appreciated as much for the value of the objets d’art as for the supreme quality of the materials used. They
are all equipped with cutting-edge facilities, not to mention the “Suite Carré d’Or” with its 110m2 private terrace and its panoramic view of Monte-Carlo. The
Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo exudes a warm and refined Mediterranean spirit, making
it a contemporary and distinguished hotel. Furthermore, it has 6 meeting
rooms.
Restaurants
The three restaurants, designed by Joël Robuchon, offer gourmets and
epicureans a unique and varied culinary experience.
The unmissable Restaurant Joël Robuchon Monte-Carlo, with two Michelin
stars, showcases modern, inventive cuisine. Here, diners can sample
Mediterranean dishes prepared by Christophe Cussac’s team. The restaurant, with
its distinctive, understated decor, features an open kitchen with teppanyaki grill
in full view of guests, resulting in a visual culinary experience all year
round. Transparency goes hand in hand with quality and a warm atmosphere.
The Yoshi restaurant, which has one Michelin star, is the only Japanese
restaurant in the world created by Joël Robuchon. The kitchen, led by Chef
Takéo Yamazaki, serves up healthy, contemporary cuisine around a sushi bar and
teppanyaki grill. The food is quintessential Japanese, while the decor, by
Didier Gomez, is bold and modern.
Finally, the charming Odyssey, Joël Robuchon’s third creation, enjoys a
fashionable, high-end designer setting around the swimming pool, conceived and
brought to life by Karl Lagerfeld.
Well-Being
The Spa Metropole by Givenchy is a luxurious
setting, dedicated to beauty and well-being. Designed by architect Didier Gomez
and elegantly integrated to the Palace, the Spa embodies the entire philosophy of
the House’s establishments: the selection of a unique location, the luxury of
the spaces, the sophistication of the treatments, absolute pleasure and
well-being.
A relaxation room and a Fitness Studio of 85m2 complete the Spa space. Outside,
the heated sea-water pool and solarium are a true haven of peace and greenery right
in the centre of Monte-Carlo.
