The new restaurant, named for Master Chef Joël Robuchon, who crafted the concept along with Executive Chef Christophe Cussac, invites guests to dine in a comfortably elegant setting featuring an open kitchen and a menu of classic dishes with contemporary twists and Mediterranean flavors.
