バルバジアン（Barbagiuan） はフダン草入りの詰め物を入れて揚げたミニサイズのラビオリのことです。このモナコの地方料理はグルメ愛好家の評判も高く、モナコやフランス南部の人々の間でとても人気です。
２０１６年6月3日〜6月4日に開催されるバルバジアン・フェスティバルにお越しの方はバルバジアンのご試食と料理教室に参加することができます。
