21st Monte-Carlo "Monte-Carlo Gastronomie" Food Fair
The latest edition of this gourmet food fair will be held at the Fontvieille Big Top from 25 to 28 November 2016
The Fontvieille Big Top will be open for the 21st "
Monte-Carlo Gastronomie" food fair from 25 to 28 November 2016, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
This event features gastronomy from France and other countries. It aims to offer the most demanding gourmets a return to authentic flavours, local products and original ideas for festive tables.
New this year is a late "After Work" opening on Friday 25 until 9 p.m.
The programme features many different cookery demonstrations by leading chefs from Monaco and the Riviera, including
Marcel Ravin (Monte-Carlo Bay & Resort),
Jean-Claude Brugel (Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo),
Benoit Witz (Hôtel Hermitage),
Gianluca Strobino (Hôtel de Paris),
Didier Quennouelle (Hôtel Métropole),
Antonio Fochi (Méridien Beach Plaza),
Patrice Guillet (Café de Paris),
Dominique Milardi (Méridien Beach Plaza),
Jean-Pierre Rous (President of the Slow Food association),
Stéphane Coco (Genesis Hotel Collection) and
Julien Perrier (Riviera Marriott Hotel), who will all be present. The "
Monaco Goût et Saveurs" ("Monaco Tastes and Flavours)" association will also be there, with
Joël Garault (President),
Laurent Sturbois (Le Pulcinella),
Frédéric Ramos (Novotel Monte-Carlo) and
Richard Ruppe (Sans Souci).
Luxury products such as foie gras, truffles, caviar, chocolates, sweet treats, cheese and all kinds of organic foods will be on sale.
