Summer Concerts in the Courtyard of Honor at the Palace of Monaco

Every summer, in July and August, the Prince hosts concerts by the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra



Summer concerts have been given in the courtyard of honor of the Prince's Palace since 1959.  Over the years, this event has become one of the highlights of the summer season.  The concerts feature leading conductors, musicians and singers, who perform music from the great classical repertoire, as well as many world premieres.

Thursday 18 July:  Elgar and Holst
Sunday 21 July:  Schumann and Dvorak
Thursday 25 July:  Rachmaninov and Prokofiev
Sunday 28 July:  Tchaikovsky 
Sunday 4 August:  Bartholdy, Berlioz and Ravel
Thursday 8 August:  Sibelius and Tchaikovsky


2013 Summer Concerts at the Prince's Palace
18, 21, 25 and 28 July and 4 and 8 August 2013 at 9.30 pm

Dress code smart (jacket and tie)
The gates of the Courtyard of Honor close at precisely 9.30 pm. 
In the case of bad weather, the concerts will be held on the same evening at the Rainier III Auditorium (enquiries from 7 pm on +377 93 25 17 38)
