2015 "MAGIC" Fair in Monaco
The Grimaldi Forum is hosting the "Monaco Anime Game International Conferences" on 21 March 2015
The "MAGIC" fair is returning to Monaco! Once again, it will offer all kinds of attractions on the themes of manga, comic books, Japanese animated drawings and pop culture in general.
This year's guests include Yoshitaka Amano (Final Fantasy), Goichi Suda (No More Heroes, Lollipop Chainsaw, etc.,), Stephen l’Heureux (Sin City "I Killed for Her"), Mouloud Achour (Le Grand Journal), Franck Pitiot (Kaamelott), Frédéric Raynal (Alone in the Dark, Little Big Adventure, etc.), the Yaneka duo and many others.
The programme features lectures and autograph sessions with many celebrities from the world of video games and manga, a "cosplay" competition (amateur costumes based on the world of mangas) and the final of a competition to create new video games, as well as a world preview of a teaser for the new series "Astroboy Reboot" (co-produced by France, Japan and Monaco via the company Shibuya Productions).
N.B.: Yoichi Takahashi will be present at the fair and will give a talk on "Captain Tsubasa, Cult Manga!" Yuji Naka will discuss his career in "Sonic, Phantasy Star, Nights – A Look Back at the Career of Yuji Naka."
