Monaco is Celebrating Barbagiuans on 3 and 4 June 2016
A Roca has decided to give pride of place to this famous Monegasque speciality with the second Barbagiuan Festival, to be held in the market square in La Condamine
Barbagiuans are small fried ravioli, filled with chard. This speciality is loved by all gourmets and has provided inspiration for many French towns in Provence.
Participants in the two-day festival on 3 and 4 June 2016 will not only be able to try them, but can also learn how to make them.
