Monaco's private beaches for premium relaxation

Beach at the Monte-Carlo Beach Hotel

The private beach of the Hotel Monte-Carlo Beach is a true Monegasque institution, welcoming all generations every summer from April to October. It's the perfect place to enjoy the water in the shade of its striped cabins. Enjoy one of the 200 tents, the 90 private cabins available on reservation or the 30 solariums facing the sea for even more privacy.

The Monte-Carlo Beach is also home to a water sports center offering a range of environmentally-friendly activities: pedal boats, paddle boats and kayaks.

And if you'd rather enjoy a swim, slip into the crystal-clear waters of the mythical Olympic seawater pool, heated to 28°C and open from April to September. After a day of relaxation, treat yourself to the marine flavours of the Michelin-starred Elsa restaurant, by chef Marcel Ravin.

Le Méridien Beach Plaza Hotel beach

The Le Méridien Beach Plaza Hotel's private beach offers direct access to the Mediterranean. Book a deckchair to enjoy the sun and the Big Blue. Right next to the deckchair area, you'll have access to an open-air swimming pool with panoramic sea views.

Le Méridien Beach Plaza also lets you explore the waves from its private jetty, the starting point for a variety of water-based activities (kayaking, jet-skiing, water-skiing, e-foiling, paddleboarding).

Comfortably seated at the Alang Bar, you can enjoy a cocktail, aperitif or lunch right on the beach. You can also enjoy a meal at Smakelijk! a restaurant serving Belgian specialities by Michelin-starred chef Sergio Herman. Enjoy a chic, casual break at Café Lacoste or the shade of the pine trees at Muse Monte-Carlo.

La Note Bleue beach restaurant

Another restaurant on Larvotto beach: La Note Bleue. After sampling chef Laurent Paya's Mediterranean cuisine inspired by world cuisine, reserve a deckchair to suit your budget. The beach is open every day from 8.30am to 7pm.

Every Wednesday evening, La Note Bleue transforms itself into a music club, featuring local artists and new talents from the Côte d'Azur scene. From June onwards, the program is enhanced by live concerts on Friday and Saturday evenings. A DJ hosts beach parties until 11pm, Tuesday to Thursday.
