The Department of Cultural Affairs is
organising an exhibition at the Rainier III Auditorium by visual artists who
are Monegasque or have resided in the Principality for more than five years. This exhibition will be open to the
public and is free of charge.From Saturday 9 June to Sunday 17 June, from 2 pm to 7 pm, Auditorium Rainier III
This event is in line with the wish of the Prince's
Government to promote the inclusion of the Principality's artists in its cultural
policy. The aim of the event is to
highlight the vitality of local artistic creation in the field of the visual arts.
For the format of this event, each artist will be offered
two adjoining panels, on which they can exhibit a pictorial work that they have
created. For sculptors, a base can
be provided for the presentation of their work. The dimensions of the work must strictly respect the size of
the presentation materials provided by the exhibition.
A "Public Prize" will be awarded at the end
of the event, and the winning work will remain on display at the Rainier III
Auditorium.
