This year, as part of the Prince Rainier III centenary celebrations, the events and activities will be circus-themed, with a mini circus show, parades, fire-eaters, face-painting, introduction to the circus arts, balloon artists, giant bubbles, and more. All arranged by the City Events Department for a memorable evening of fun and entertainment.
