43rd Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival

The 43rd Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival will take place from 17 to 27 January 2019.

This year, over 150 artists from 15 countries will be performing in the famous Fontvieille big top as they vie to win the supreme accolades, the Gold, Silver and Bronze Clowns that represent the pinnacle of the circus performer's art.

For this 43rd edition, we are proud to present one of Russia's finest circus shows: the Royal Circus directed by Gia Eradze. Their incomparable style, a subtle blend of luxury and modernity, features 68 extraordinary dancers and artists and amazing, haute couture costumes.

Other attractions include the triple mast act presented by the National Acrobatic Troupe of China, while Marcel Kremer will present a unique performance with five colossal bison in the ring, and Martin Lacey Jr and his lions will thrill audiences with a magnificent display of understanding between man and beast.

The 43rd edition will honour the circus tradition, promote creativity and continue to attract audiences with acts that are more breathtaking than ever!
