Cinémato ! Albert I of Monaco, image and sound pioneer. Sovereign scholar and humanist, Prince Albert I (1848-1922) was interested, beyond passion for science, in all the innovative techniques of his time. Thanks to loans from the Archives of the Palace of Monaco and the Oceanographic Institute, the collections of the Audiovisual Institute and the know-how of its teams, this cabinet of curiosities intends to recall how much Prince Albert I was able to link the experience of photography and sound recording. The temporary exhibition "From One World To Another, From The Visible To The Invisible", invites visitors to discover previously unseen and original collections kept at the Monaco Museum of Prehistoric Anthropology, where some of them have been for more than a century.

Discover an immersive and interactive experience! Take on the role of a roving reporter and set off on a mission to explore the polar regions! This new exhibition includes five thematic areas spread over two levels. Learn about the poles and their wildlife, and the men and women who populate and explore them. Fascinating objects and documents, digital content and immersive devices come together to create a 360° experience. The great voyage can begin! The IMMERSION room (space N°4) has closed. The other areas of the Polar Mission exhibition will remain open until 5 January 2025.

From Wednesday 14 to Thursday 15 September 2022, Principality of Monaco
The 8th Riviera Electric Challenge is going international this year, taking in three countries (France, Monaco, and Italy), all of which share strong ties of friendship and history. This challenge will see competitors attempt to complete a course in an electric vehicle, while using as little energy as possible. The starting line is in Cagnes-sur-Mer, with the finish line in Monaco, both founders of the event.
