A French farmer, writer and thinker of Algerian descent, Pierre Rabhi will be in Monaco on 8 November for a special meeting with the public.
Founder of the Colibris movement, Pierre Rabhi is also one of the pioneers of eco-friendly agriculture in France.
For over fifty years, he has fought for a social model that respects humans and the planet, by supporting the developing of agricultural practices accessible to all, especially the disadvantaged, while preserving the land and biodiversity that provide our food.
Pierre Rabhi is today recognised as an international expert in food security and the fight against desertification.
At this event in Monaco, Pierre Rabhi will explain to the audience the vital importance of protecting the Earth and its rich resources, and adapting to a new way of life focused on what he calls "Happy Sobriety".
