A Gourmet Event in Monaco

Enjoy a gourmet experience at the Fontvieille Big Top from 27 to 30 November 2015

This event features gastronomy from France and abroad.  It's an opportunity for discerning "foodies" to rediscover authentic tastes and local products, as well as offering some original ideas for festive tables.

Over many years, this trade fair has built its success not only on the quality of the products presented by the carefully selected exhibitors, but also the diversity and importance of the activities offered.

Every day, there will be a variety of cookery demonstrations by leading chefs from Monaco and the Côte d'Azur, who will reveal the secrets of their prestigious recipes to the visitors.

This delightful fair is a real mix of flavours, heady aromas, food, essences and colours to enchant your taste buds.  It will also include many different activities, with competitions such as the "Slow Food Grand Prize" (Grand Prix Slow Food), under the auspices of Slow Food Monaco Riviera Côte d'Azur, and the Food Writers' Prize (Prix des Chroniqueurs Gastronomiques), which recognises wine and champagne producers.

Also present will be the Monegasque Sommeliers' Association, the Association of Italian and French Maîtres d’Hôtels, Monaco Tastes and Flavours (Monaco Goût et Saveurs) and the Monegasque Hotel Industry Association.

A gourmet experience awaits lovers of fine food and drink at the Fontvieille Big Top, with an opportunity to taste and buy salmon, foie gras, seafood, truffles, caviar, chocolates, confectionary, cheeses, meats, including cured meat, organic regional products from France and the rest of Europe, exotic fruits, preserves, Champagne, Armagnac and wine and liqueurs from France, Italy and elsewhere in Europe from the producers' own estates.
