No Finish Line: Race for the Heart

Publication date: 11/11/2022
On 12 November 2022, No Finish Line is set to make its much anticipated return. The charity race, which runs until 20 November, will this year once again take place physically.

After last year's hybrid version, No Finish Line returns to the circuit for 2022 and will welcome back its participants, whether veteran athletes or Sunday joggers, in its usual format.

The race will be back in Fontvieille by the Big Top with its 1.1 km track, open 24 hours a day for the duration of the event. But No Finish Line is more than just a sporting competition. For every kilometre covered by the participants, the charity "Children & Future" has guaranteed that one euro will go to support projects in aid of sick and disadvantaged children.

Last year saw the runners clock up a total of 224,636 km in aid of the charity, and this year the organisers have raised the bar with a new target of 400,000 km. The gauntlet has been thrown down. On your marks, get set, go!

To take up the challenge, the participants can count on the involvement of around forty expert runners, who will be on the circuit day and night for eight days in an effort to rack up the best possible performance. The most intrepid can test their limits on the final weekend with the "non-stop" race, which takes place in two formats: 12 hours or 24 hours, as a relay or an individual race, and compare their performances while keeping an eye on the overall rankings.

Sport, conviviality, and sharing are what No Finish Line is all about.
