The Amber Lounge is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its fashion show and the launch of its new "extravaganza" evening during the Monaco Grand Prix

Glamorous evening events, fashion parades and charity evenings will be on the programme of the forthcoming Amber Lounge, which will open on Friday 27 May during the Monaco Grand Prix.

A brand-new interactive fashion show will mark the 10th anniversary of this unique event, when Formula 1 drivers transform themselves into models.  Nine Formula 1 drivers - Daniil Kvyat, Daniel Ricciardo, Nico Hulkenberg, Felipe Nasr, Marcus Ericsson, Jolyon Palmer, Esteban Gutierrez, Rio Haryanto and Pascal Wehrlein, will swap their racing outfits for bespoke suits made by the English firm Apsley Tailors, while several female F1 celebrities will join them on a podium with a magnificent view of the Med.

As every year, the event will be opened by a renowned international singer.

74th Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix from 26/05/16 to 29/05/16

The Monaco Grand Prix is a not-to-be-missed event.  The race circuit is the dream of both Formula 1 fans and racing drivers.

The city will resound to the sounds of the racing cars with practice sessions in the various categories from Thursday 26 May.

The F1 Grand Prix will start on Sunday 29 May 2016 at 2 p.m. with 78 laps of the circuit, which is 3.34 km (2.07 miles) in length, with a race distance of 260.52 km (161.9 miles).
