This autumn promises to be packed with flavour. The resort that boasts more Michelin stars than any other in Europe has concocted a quite exceptional programme just for you! The Festival got off to a stunning start with a first "four hands" dinner at the Louis XV-Alain Ducasse on Friday 2 September. The  multi-Michelin-starred Mr Ducasse, in collaboration with chef Emmanuel Pilon, created a memorable and mouthwatering meal for the lucky diners, with his special guest, the British chef Clare Smyth, who herself boasts three of the coveted stars and has been named the best chef in the world…

The second evening of the Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo will take place on Friday 7 October at the Blue Bay at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, where cchef Marcel Ravin (two Michelin stars) will team up with his Australian colleague and top international chef Shaun Hergatt. Prepare for your senses to be taken on a journey into a world of unique flavours.

On 15 October, the Festival will make its debut at the Pavyllon Monte-Carlo at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo! Chef Yannick Alléno (three Michelin stars) will join forces with Bruno Verjus (two Michelin stars), one of France's most highly-respected chefs.

The fourth round of the Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo will be held at Le Grill at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo on Friday 21 and Saturday 22 October, where the venue's new executive chef Dominique Lory will host Italian chef Davide Oldani for a never-seen-before blend of Riviera flavours and the rich creations of the inventor of pop cuisine.

The stars will be out in force for the culmination of this series of culinary collaborations, with the grand gala evening on Saturday 26 November. For this exclusive evening, the four Michelin-starred chefs Alain Ducasse in collaboration with Emmanuel Pilon, Marcel Ravin, Yannick Alléno and Dominique Lory will cook in front of guests at the Salle des Arts of the One Monte-Carlo, as they prepare a dinner made up of their signature dishes…
