The eRally is rolling into the Principality!

Publication date: 17/10/2023
The seventh Monte-Carlo eRally reserved exclusively for all-electric vehicles will take place in the Principality from 18 to 22 October.

Monaco’s love affair with automobiles goes back over a century. The Principality hosted its very first Formula 1 race in 1929, while the Monte-Carlo Rally began even earlier, in 1911. Both events are still run today, every January, and are as popular with motor racing enthusiasts as ever. Meanwhile, the Rallye Historique Monte-Carlo is a nostalgic paean to the motoring of yesteryear, with all its elegance and authenticity.

And from 18 to 22 October, the future of motor sport will be celebrated in Monaco, with the Monte-Carlo eRally. A heady mix of modernity and prestige, the eRally is now a fixture of the motor racing landscape thanks to its stunning setting and zero-emissions policy. The race is also another opportunity to speed along the back country roads in the countryside around Monaco, following a route that will take the teams to some of the most iconic locations in the history of the Monte-Carlo Rally.

What’s more, the 2023 eRally will see the cars return to Monaco itself. For this seventh edition of the race, the Parc Fermé will be set up in a truly unique location, right outside the Casino de Monte-Carlo. Monaco is ready. Just one question remains to be answered: who will succeed reigning Monte-Carlo eRally champions Jacques Pastor and his co-pilot Fulvio Gazzola?
