Based on a tale from "La Rue Broca" by Pierre Gripari
Adaptation, staging and performance by Stéphane Eichenholc, with
Emilie Pirdas
One of the most famous "Tales of Broca Street" in
which Mr. Pierre learns that curiosity is a bad thing!
Mr. Pierre has just bought a house for five euros, with a bedroom,
kitchen, bathroom, living-room, "wee-wee-room" and a mysterious broom cupboard! He soon discovers that the cupboard is
inhabited by a wicked witch, who will wake up if we are unlucky enough to chant:
"Witch, witch, watch your
behind!" After letting the
witch out, Mr. Pierre has to be both brave and clever to get rid of her. Fortunately, he can count on a little
mouse, a magic fish and the children in the audience to help him.
A WORD FROM ANTHEA:
Great family theatre, funny and poetic, based on a best-selling
work of children's literature. An unmissable
performance that will give children a taste for reading.
