Monaco welcomes a choir from Madagascar, made up of 12 young women (aged 15 to 23, from vulnerable backgrounds) and one non-sighted young man: the Malagasy Gospel, founded by the charity Bel Avenir de Tuléar in the south-west of the African island, which the Monegasque Cooperation is supporting through the Prince's Government development aid programme.
