New décor and a new chef – the Hôtel Columbus presents its latest changes.
In the entrance, the staircase has been redecorated in a beautiful brick red with curlicues. A little higher up, the glossy brown striped wall covering gives way to an original mixture of harmonious shades of cream, sand, and red.
In the bedrooms, guests will now benefit from an LCD screen and free Internet access.
A chic, cool style has been chosen for the Brasserie, with new seats in a beige tone.
The latest, not-to-be-missed new development is the arrival of chef Xavier Burelle.
He has been passionate about his work since the age of 15, and has been fortunate enough to train with chefs such as Ducasse, Robuchon, Passédat and Del Burgo and in luxury hotels such as the Cap Eden Roc, the Georges V, the Plaza Athénée, the Metropole Monte Carlo and the Negresco.
From June onwards, he will invite guests of the hotel and brasserie to try new flavors. A new breakfast option is now offered - an English version of a continental buffet with scrambled eggs, roasted tomatoes, bacon, and chicken sausages.
Finally, the 00 area has been given new stylish, modern furniture for future meetings.
