Discover the Specialties of Parma at the Café de Paris, Monte-Carlo

As part of the gastronomy days, Parma and its region are the guests of the brasserie from 25 to 28 April inclusive

Chefs Enrico Malpeli and Vincenzo Botte from the Trattoria Sorelle Picchi in Parma are joining forces with Jean Claude Brugel, chef at the Café de Paris, for four days of Italian gastronomy.

The products of the Salumeria Rosi in Parma are the focus of this journey of discovery for the taste buds.  Various specialties are being offered, such as a selection of cooked meats, "la torta fritta," "Tagliatelle con strolghino di culatello e funghi prugnoli," fillet of beef, Parma ham and Parmesan.

These specialties will be offered on the lunch menu and for dinner until 28 April inclusive.
