Karl Lagerfeld and Joël Robuchon – a Unique Duo for the Odyssey at the Métropole Monte-Carlo

A new menu and a new concept for the 2014 summer season at the Odyssey area

This large-scale architectural project designed by Karl Lagerfeld was launched in June 2013.  The Odyssey area (which includes a pool house, a terrace, gardens and a restaurant) is a real work of art, created especially for the hotel.

Hotel clients can appreciate the new decorative space and an innovative world of gastronomy by Joël Robuchon, who is already in charge of the hotel's two restaurants – the Restaurant Joël Robuchon Monte-Carlo, with two Michelin stars, and the Yoshi, his only Japanese restaurant, which has also been recognized by the famous red guide.

Joël Robuchon has designed authentic Mediterranean food for Odyssey, with an emphasis on sharing.
During the day, Odyssey is a real haven of peace, reserved exclusively for hotel guests and Métropole ESPA Monte-Carlo "Odyssey" members.
At lunchtime, hotel guests and members can enjoy simple and refined cuisine that pays homage to the Mediterranean.  A limited menu will be available all day until 5 p.m.

In the evenings, from 24 June 2014, Odyssey will be open to all, and will be transformed into a real Mediterranean restaurant, Joël Robuchon's third restaurant at the Hotel Métropole Monte-Carlo.

Odyssey will also be a unique place for an aperitif, with a selection of innovative cocktails, accompanied by a variety of light dishes.

A lounge and relaxation area, festivities and chic finger food by Joël
Robuchon are also offered, with an original musical ambiance created by Béatrice Ardisson, and by a resident DJ at weekends.
