Premier grand tournoi sur terre battue en Europe, le Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters est également un plateau exceptionnel avec chaque année la participation des meilleurs joueurs du monde et près de 136 000 spectateurs en 2016.

Successful Launch for the Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters

The 2017 Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters tennis tournament was officially opened on Friday 14 April in the late afternoon.

The ceremony took place in the idyllic setting of the Exotic Garden with the participation of Rafael Nadal, nine-times champion of the tournament and the reigning title holder.

A draw by this famous left-handed player sealed the fate of the 56 players who are taking part in this event – an event that promises to be exciting.

Many great players (including Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray, Stan Wawrinka, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Marin Cilicn and others) will once again be present in the hope of winning a title on the Rainier III courts.

Dates to remember:

Saturday 22 April 2017:  

•    11 a.m.:  1st Semi-Final of the Men's Doubles
•    2 p.m.:    1st Semi-Final of the Men's Singles
•    Not before 4.30 p.m.:  2nd Semi-Final of the Men's Singles followed by the 2nd semi-final of the Men's Doubles

Sunday 23 April 2017 (Rainier III Court):

•    11.30 a.m.:  Final of the Men's Doubles
•    2.30 p.m.:    Final of the Men's Singles (in 2 winning sets)
