One of the world's best-loved ballets, this version of "The Nutcracker" created by the Grand Moscow State Classical Ballet is a colourful masterpiece that celebrates the music, authentic choreography and festive atmosphere of the winter season. The producers have shown great creativity to bring to life this fairytale in all its fascinating glory, imbuing the ballet with romantic mystery and emotion.

The production retains Vasily Vainonen's famous choreography with the dance of the dolls, the waltz of the snowflakes, and the Grand Pas de Deux performed by the lead characters.
