"La Route du Goût" ("Road to Taste") Presents its Second Organic Festival in Monaco

Paolo Sari and his association "Bio Chef Global Spirit" are organising an organic gastronomy festival from 12-15 October

From 12 to 15 October, as part of the "Route du Goût" ("Road to Taste") 2017, the public will be able to take part in a variety of educational activities on the theme of renewable energies, find out about ways of saving the planet and attend cookery demonstrations.

Competitions featuring eco-friendly inventions and cooking contests with famous chefs will be open to children and their parents, as well as tennis competitions.

The programme will also include the traditional gala dinner at the Monte-Carlo Beach, prepared by children paired up with chefs from the Principality.

Highlights of the Festival will include a parade of Riva boats, cookery demonstrations by Michelin-starred chefs, an organic market on the Quai Antoine Ier and innovative projects such as the Moses.Bio, a floating vegetable garden that is self sufficient in energy.

Charitable projects are central to this event.  The main aim is to provide new infrastructure for the Felix School Foundation in Madagascar and start construction work on the "Institut Hôtelier et Culinaire Biologique Moné et Paolo Sari," a training centre for the hotel trade and organic cookery.

The second objective is to raise money to help restore the G. Lucatelli school in Tolentino, Le Marche, Italy, which was damaged by earthquakes in 2016.
