The "Children of Frankie" Association is Organising the 9th "Red Nose Day" in Monaco
Fix a red ball on your vehicle on 6 December 2013 to help the region's sick or disadvantaged children
"Red Noses" are red foam balls – a nod to "Frankie the Clown," the mascot of the "Children of Frankie" Association.
Purchasing one of these balls (2 €) helps to support sick and disadvantaged children in the local region.
