Concerts and Fireworks in Monaco on 9 August 2013
The penultimate display of the International Pyromelodic Firework Competition will be made by Italy at 9.30 pm. Concerts will be held before and after the fireworks
On Friday 9 August, the Jardin Exotique will hold a “pre-fireworks” concert at 8 pm, as a lead-up to the penultimate display of Monaco’s 45th International Pyromelodic Firework Competition 2013.
At 7.30 pm the Jardin Exotique will open its doors especially for the event, and singer Michel Avalon will pay tribute to Léo Ferré, performing covers of many of Ferré’s songs.
After the concert, make the most of this unique viewpoint to watch Italy’s fireworks display.
Following the fireworks display, spectators are invited to Port Hercule for a concert by rock group “After All”, starting at 10 pm.
