Ruggero Raimondi and Les Compères in concert at Prince’s Palace in Monaco
A concert in aid of Mission Enfance will be given on 21 July 2014
At 9.30 pm on 21 July 2014, maestro Ruggero Raimondi will accompany Les Compères, a choir made up of the spouses of leading figures from the worlds of French business, politics, and diplomacy who, for the last nine years, have been generously singing to raise funds for charity.
This special evening will be dedicated to children around the world who have been educated thanks to the Monegasque humanitarian organisation Mission Enfance, a charity under the honorary chairmanship of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II.
The concert’s programme includes works by Fauré, Offenbach, Mendelssohn and Bizet, as well as traditional songs. Ruggero Raimondi will also perform some Neapolitan songs.
All proceeds from the evening event will be donated to the charity’s humanitarian programmes.
