Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo

There are those exceptional luxury hotels which one day stop being an address and become a legend. The Hôtel de Paris is one of these magical places.

Stay in an Exceptional Luxury Hotel

Since 1864, The Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo has aspired to offer the very best of that time and it continues to symbolise that same excellence in the art of hospitality. The Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo is perfectly located on the legendary Place du Casino. With 107 rooms and suites (reduced capacity) of great luxury, the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo is today heir to the spirit of the grand hotels as well as a temple of gastronomy with the 3 Michelin-starred restaurant Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse. Its prestigious cellars are among the best stocked in the world, with almost 350,000 bottles.

Programme of Renovations

Until December 2018, the Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo is undergoing a programme of renovation to re-invent its offer while promoting its unique DNA and its iconic heritage. Among the first new features unveiled: the Rotonde wing, Le Grill restaurant and the Princess Grace Suite. Thanks to the presence of artworks and personal souvenirs of the Princess, this new extraordinary Suite of 910m² over 2 floors, pays homage to the woman who marked the history of the Principality and the Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo through her elegance, her refinement and her generosity.

Catering

Here, in the Louis XV-Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel de Paris, a unique culinary repertoire is expressed always lavishly inspired by the Riviera. The menu of chef Dominique Lory and Alain Ducasse asserts its modernity and youth. Healthy juices, intense broths, fresh spices, above all it reveals all the exactitude and precision of the flavours.
On the 8th floor , Le Grill offers an exceptional panorama over the Mediterranean. The roof opens completely for lunch in the sun or dinner under the stars. The cuisine celebrates the grilled meats for which the restaurant is famed.
An iconic bar and a Mecca for all travellers, the Bar Américain of the Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo, will re-open its doors in May, with a new Art Deco, chic and cosy atmosphere.
