Round Table - "A Mummy in Monaco"
Wednesday 9 October 2024, at 6 pm, Musée d’Anthropologie Préhistorique
Study of an Egyptian mummy preserved at the Monaco Museum of Prehistoric Anthropology. Round table presented by Dr O. Notter, Dr P. Brunner, Prof. E. Fulcheri, Dr C. Oliva, Dr E. Rossoni-Notter, and Mr R. Lorenzino. Learn all about the scientific research inspired by the mummy. Experts from the Monaco Museum of Prehistoric Anthropology will be on hand to answer all your questions. There will also be a tour led by Mr H. Mahfouz, Egyptology lecturer, and Mr G. Stabellini, a specialist in restoration.
Philosophy Lecture - "Were Things Better Before?"

The 2024-2025 season of lectures, organised by philosophy association Les Rencontres Philosophiques de Monaco, will begin with a discussion on the theme "Were Things Better Before?" presented by Robert Maggiori, philosopher and founder member of Les Rencontres Philosophiques, with guest contributors Cynthia Fleury, philosopher and psychoanalyst, and David Djaïz, senior civil servant and essayist.
