Under the High Patronage of H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince and the Presidency of H.R.H. the Princess of Hanover, the theme of the 55th International Flower-Arranging Competition will be "Seas & Oceans". Participants from all over Europe are expected to attend, demonstrating all their powers of imagination with wonderful floral compositions like works of art.
